Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Guidelines @ TechMatrix Consulting
At TechMatrix Consulting, we are committed to fostering a safe, respectful, inclusive, and professional workplace for everyone. We maintain a zero-tolerance approach towards sexual harassment and are dedicated to ensuring that every individual is treated with dignity and respect.
Our POSH framework is designed to ensure that concerns are addressed fairly, confidentially, and impartially, in accordance with applicable laws and organizational policies.
In compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, TechMatrix Consulting has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address complaints relating to sexual harassment at the workplace. The Committee includes an External Member to support an independent and impartial redressal process.
We encourage employees to report any concerns without fear of retaliation. Every complaint is handled promptly, professionally, and with the utmost confidentiality.
